Approximately 400 nonprofit agencies provide products or services through the AbilityOne Program.

The Commission provides national oversight and ensures the program operates with integrity, quality, and fairness.
Key responsibilities:
• Represent both government and nonprofit agencies
• Evaluate nonprofit agencies to ensure they meet quality and capability standards
• Set fair market prices for products and services delivered under the program
• Monitor contract compliance and performance to maintain program standards
